JP-001 is contained within the forests that surround the facility, all barriers that block off the forest must be checked daily before at least 12:00 AM, Midnight to make sure there are no breaches. If any breaches occur then immediately begin searching for 001 and repair damages to the hull.Sightings of any manifestations of 001 should be reported immediately to containment personnel along with a group of security personnel to be sent out to hunt and contain the subject before it can disrupt any operations.

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 001 is a paranormal anomaly that manifests within a the forest of ███████████, Japan. It's physical appearance takes on the form comparable to a shadowy blob with extremely long stringy hair that reaches down to it's bottom. It has two small white glowing eyes and a set of teeth always visible that form a permanent smile. Local folklore describe it as an ancient witch that guards the vast forests of it's territory, protecting wildlife and nature.Recent developments near it's area have seen it's forests cut down causing it's territory to cross over into civilization leading to many encounters of people seeing this specter. Many have supposedly gone missing because of this ghost and 001 has become a local superstition because of it.001 can manifest anywhere within it's territory in between the hours of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Most encounters only involve the subject watching victims from behind any visually blocking structures such as trees, buildings, light posts, etc.Most encounters end here as victims describe an overwhelming sense of dread and fear as they look towards 001, leading to them quickly fleeing the scene. But rare cases show that some victims instead get a overwhelming feeling of comfort and an urge to walk towards 001. Humans that get too close to 001 will be swiftly grabbed and absorbed into her form, seemingly vanishing with no trace.Many victims claim to hear a musical theme emit from the spirit's general direction as it tries to lure them in, getting louder and more offkey the closer they get to 001. While others hear a more calming, beautiful musical theme.001 has also demonstrated the ability to mimic human voices in an attempt to convince the victim to get closer to her more, but this has been a rare occurrence.

Containment Procedures:

032 is to be kept in a small 10x15 rectangular cell with one stool. A guard should be on standby outside the cell to make sure no workers enter the premises of the cell without permission from a superior or advisor.032’s cell should be cleaned every two weeks. Dusting is only required for this process. Superiors are to remove 032 from it's spot with any object able to contain the Subject at a safe distance. When the cleaning procedure is finished, place 032 back in it's original position.

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 032 is a small plastic figure with similarities to a toy with colored limbs, a decal of a smile on it's face, a decal of an outline resembling a heart, and a rectangle of hair sticking out of it's head. 032 has no ability to move or speak, but does have the ability to interact with others through means of negative thoughts deep within the confines of a being’s brain.
Recorded attempts of approaching 032 has resulted in headaches, increased negative emotion, exhaustion and rare occurrences of suicidal ideation. 032 seems to have a worse effect on testers based on their distance from it. It is recommended to only commence testing if a supervisor approves and consent has been given via document with signature.

SUBJECT - JP - 163

Containment Procedures:

All instances of 163-1 must be kept within a 2 acre wide enclosure with access to food, water, and enrichment.Two guards are to be stationed outside of the entry way to 163's enclosure to make sure no instances manifest outside of their containment. If a 163-1 instance manifests outside, quickly pick it up and place it down softly back into the enclosure.Containment must be cleaned and new enrichment must be brought in every week or else 163 instances begin to get hostile. Anyone is allowed to enter the enclosure under the supervision of two guards. Don't bring food or drinks inside.

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 163 is an anomalous force that causes the creation of
SUBJECT - JP - 163-1 instances to manifest under specific circumstances.SUBJECT - JP - 163-1 are creatures that look vaguely like rabbits. They are covered in compact fur with more fluffy larger patches of fur in specific spots. 163-1 instances can manifest with colored fur, patterns, or both. The Majority of 163-1 instances have pure white fur but some have been seen with pure black fur, tan with stripes, and other vibrant colors. Their ears have finger like appendages that they use to grab objects and food they can't normally reach. Both their ear hands and their feet have long sharp nails to scratch and dig at their surroundings, Newborns have to grow in their fingernails as they start out as stubs. 163-1 instances have large mouths with sharp teeth designed to cut up and immediately swallow anything they try to eat, Newborns must be fed by grown 163-1 instances or else it will die and demanifest.When fully grown they reach an average height of 3½ feet tall. 4½ feet when standing on their hind legs. Newborns are an average 1 foot in size but some instances have sometimes been manifested larger.163-1 instances manifest in one of 3 ways.

The most effective way to cause new manifestations to form is creating visual representations of them, the other two ways have only caused occasional manifestations to form over a 12 month period.When a 163-1 instance first manifests, it does not do much other then make a sound akin to squeaks and slowly moving around to hunt for food. During the Infant stage of a 163-1's lifecycle it is harmless to humans but may occasionally try to bite. Once a 163-1 starts to get access to food, it will begin to slowly grow over the course of a week. It's nails and teeth will grow in, its fur will either be unchanged or it will gain a new color, pattern, or both, and it will begin to start hunting on its own.163-1 instances when fully grown are docile to humans but will attack if provoked. 163-1 will eat almost anything they can fit into their mouth but only actual food will help them grow, objects and other things they ingest will do nothing. They also begin to form social groups and bond with each other, using a variety of squeaks, chirps, and guttural sounds to communicate with each other. When afraid, angry, or cornered 163-1 instances begin producing a low heavy guttural growl and stand up on their hind feet along with their fur puffing up. If the offender does not get out of their personal space from that point the 163-1 instance will attack immediately if they try to get closer to it.163-1 enjoy hunting in packs to find live prey such as raccoons, rats, small birds, etc. They will communicate to flank and corner their prey before taking turns mauling the victim until they can't fight back, in which the 163-1 instances begin to feed.Once a 163-1 instance has eaten enough food, currently believed to be at least 1500 pounds of food over the course of it's existence, it will have the chance to create offspring. If the 163-1 instance decides to create offspring it will find a comfortable spot and curl up on the ground and become dormant for 3-5 days. Eventually a new instance of 163-1 will manifest beneath the curled up parent and they will begin to become active again. Offspring take some of their traits from their single parent, but has a chance to develop acquired traits that the parent does not have.The current average lifespan for an 163-1 instance is 20 years, though some have lived longer. Once a 163-1's time is up, it will find a place it finds comfort and memories in and will lay there and wait until it slowly begins to fade away. Once it fades it leaves behind a chalk stick, every test done on these chalk sticks show they are not anomalous. It is unknown what purpose this serves as of now.One instance of 163-1 still being alive today despite having been manifested in 1990, it is also way larger then the rest with pitch black fur and with more hostility towards staff. XL Staff have named this specific 163-1 instance "Hopgoblin"Hopgoblin eats exclusively larger prey and raw flesh as its diet, seemingly disgusted at anything else given to it. It has occasionally been seen eating some of its own kind as well. It is also almost completely hostile towards humans and will attack if approached.

SUBJECT - JP - 099 is to be contained in a 20x20 room hung up on the main wall facing the door, with five chairs placed in the room near 099.Anyone can enter the containment room as they please, but can only stay in the room for 15 minutes. If someone stays in longer then 15 minutes then they will be escorted out by security.

SUBJECT - JP - 099's effect triggering.

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 099 is an antique clock of mysterious origin. 099 acts as a normal clock that shows time accurately but routinely stops around every 5-6 minutes. Once the clock stops 099's effect triggers, which is seen as what appears to be a hole in reality that slowly creeps across the confines of the room the clock is currently in. The hole that forms is only a visual illusion and shows what appears to be a calm blue sky with soft clouds as it creeps along.Once the room has fully been engulfed the clock will begin working again and the illusion will linger for the next 30 minutes until it slowly creeps back into the clock, causing the cycle to restart.If someone is in the room as the effect is happening, their state of mind gets altered for the period they stay in the room. This change makes the person feel content, relaxed, and happy. Any stress, anxieties, trauma, etc will be washed away during this and the person will act like they don't exist at all.If one lingers as the illusion is being casted for more then 15 minutes, then harmful effects may begin to form. This includes temporary memory loss, permanent memory loss, brain damage, strokes, and death if the person stays in the room for the full 30 minutes.

Containment Procedures:

SUBJECT - JP - 094 is to be contained in a medium 25x25 ft cell with a nest, a sanded, wooden log, and a small kiddie-sized pool filled with water.Clean ups are allowed every week, all personnel should keep watch of the subject to make sure they do not make any possible escape attempts. Make sure you only enter the room with cleaning supplies to avoid any real trouble with JP - 094.Replace all water from the current kiddie-sized pool, as well as cleaning up any possible messes around the cell with both Red and Purple sanitizers.Any attempts of trying to relocate JP-094 back to its cell cause a bit of ruckus throughout the lab, with the only issue being it trying to explore the rest of the area.

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 094 is a bird-Like entity located in the South-East of ██████████. His body is mainly made up of stiff wood and consisting of green and blue unsaturated feathers around its head. Feathers seem to grow from the ligaments, but a closer inspection can show how holes with thick soil hold the feathers together on his legs. The mask is made with the same type of wood from the body, but cannot be removed from the body. JP-094 wields a "staff" of sorts with random rocks and minerals attached to it by vines (the staff in question was sanded to avoid any fatal injuries to any employees).The ability of JP-094 relates to a finger puppet of sorts, sometimes having disjointed ligaments and very unrealistic movement. It does not speak and only communicates through noises and direction.Any attempts of taking away its staff or items it wields will result in a chain reaction of loud squawking from JP-094, as well as thrashing and possible injury of employees if found to be near the entity during said time.

Two must keep watch and stand by the door to prevent escape attempts.Two Guards must stand outside of the containment entrance at all times incase of breach. SUBJECT - JP - 105 minutes after it's creation, about to be contained and brought to the XL Japan site

Description

SUBJECT - JP - 105 is an anomalous entity that manifested from an old computer that ran on Windows NT v3.1 alongside SUBJECT - JP - 106, SUBJECT - JP - 107, and SUBJECT - JP - 108 during a power surge that hit ██████, Japan.JP - 105 is a digital entity turned organic that takes form of a generic smiley face emoticon with a simple stickman-like body. This appearance is only a ploy to appear less threatening from the front as 105 does not have skin of any kind.It instead has long segmented plates of grafted "skin" that have bioluminescence that allow the skin to glow a bright yellow. 105 can also manipulate how bright the skin glows, among other things.Behind these "skin plates" are visible flesh and bone that the skin plates graft to. 105's limbs are also not connected physically and can float and move separately of 105's other limbs and pieces.105's face is also one of these plates but can change depending on if it's hunting or feeling extreme emotion, changing from a generic happy face design to a crazed wide mouth smile with visible teeth and manic eyes.SUBJECT - JP - 105 is sentient and displays intelligence that rivals most humans, along with the ability to speak both Japanese and English.105 has an intense hatred for humanity. This mindset is shared with 106, 107, and 108 who manifested along side 105 on 10/31/20██. When confronted with humans 105 will either attack on sight, find a way to either avoid them, or get them to leave.JP-105's anatomy allows it to eat anything it can fit into it's mouth and completely use all of the food's components to fuel it's body, making 105 unable to produce waste products.If SUBJECT - JP - 105, 106, 107, and 108, go without food consumption for approximately ~2 weeks, 105 undergoes a mental transformation into a Depravity State. SUBJECT - JP - 106 is an anomalous entity that manifested from a slightly damaged computer that ran on Windows Vista alongside SUBJECT - JP - 105, SUBJECT - JP - 107, and SUBJECT - JP - 108 during a power surge that hit ██████, Japan.JP - 106 is a digital entity turned organic that takes form of a distorted emoticon with occasional skin plates covering its flesh and bone. 106 has a bird-like body structure similar to Struthio camelus (Ostrich) but with a more humanoid stature.The specific conditions that formed 106 caused it to form with a incomplete, weak body but with the ability to move at impossible speeds.106's speed causes it to move in a very specific way where it does a galloping-like run for a few seconds then "blips" a few feet forward. These blips are the result of 106 running at speeds so fast human vision can't comprehend it.The more eager 106 is to catch prey the more blips it uses to increase it's speed. But at a certain point 106 reaches a speed limit where 106 can no longer comprehend how fast it moves, making it very likely for it to crash into objects.106's mental intelligence is lower then the rest of the subjects similar to it, being described as having a broken mind and rarely speaks other then intense giggling and broken sentences in either Japanese or English. It's intention span is also insanely low, usually loosing focus on something in seconds unless it is food.106 shares its hatred of humanity with 105, 107, and 108. SUBJECT - JP - 107 is an anomalous entity that manifested from a completely melted computer that ran on Windows Vista alongside SUBJECT - JP - 105, SUBJECT - JP - 106, and SUBJECT - JP - 108 during a power surge that hit ██████, Japan.JP - 107 is a digital entity that forms from a goopy plasma-like material that shapes into it's main body. This body being a long ghostly figure with long paper-thin like tendrils that 107 uses to wrap around prey and electrocute them. 107's face is a heavily distorted smiling face with large sharp horns on the top of it's head.The specific conditions that formed 107 caused it to form completely without a body, instead using a physical manifestation of a plasma like goop that allows 107 to pass through any solid object effortlessly.

SUBJECT - JP - 144 were a set of pharmaceutical medicine tablets by an unknown company, with the labeling "ALTREX" engraved on each capsule.Witness accounts from multiple sources indicate this drug was advertised multiple times throughout the year 2004 as a pill to "cure any and all illnesses" with no side effects. The commercials then went on to state that you must ask your doctor/physician to be allowed access to the drug and to say a specific phrase for them to understand.The commercials from data gathered show to have been very obscure and largely ignored by the public. Description

SUBJECT - JP - 151 are large bipedal animals, which are specifically related to a species of moth called Ethmia nigroapicella, also known as the kou leafworm. However, they also possess traces of DNA which would suggest a connection with Streptopelia tranquebarica, more commonly designated as the red collared dove.Most 151 specimens range from 4'5 to 5'11 ft in height and are usually within the weight range of 105-250 pounds.Despite being living creatures their bodies have displayed to be in a severe stage of decomposition. Most have a large open wound down their midsection that exposes their entrails. These have a bright green coloration and are dependent on water to function properly. Despite the nature of 151’s decomposition state, it has been regarded that the exposed entrails have a little to no odor at all. The tips of their arms and legs are also exposed to the point where bone tissue is clearly visible. Contrary to what was thought initially, they do not seem inconvenienced by these factors and their modus operandi remains unaltered. They have also been regarded to have a proficient immune system, which prevents them from gaining any sort of bacterial or viral infections.They possess 2 pairs of arms and a set of legs, with the upper set of arms being long and gangly and having 3 fingers each. These fingers, which are almost solely bone, can still function normally and seem to be the main source of communication amongst 151 subjects. The lower arms are much more insect-like and end in segmented stumps. Both arms are covered in large, thick sensory hairs to help them sense vibrations. These sensory hairs are also very susceptible to touch, causing 151 specimens to almost immediately turn around and attack whoever or whatever brushed them. Their legs are thin in width compared to the rest of their body and their thighs contain the same sensory hairs seen on their arms. Their legs, much like their fingers, still function in spite of their bone tissue exposure from the knee downwards.Similarities with their species relatives also differ in their behavior. 151 subjects are not docile and unlike their smaller counterparts they are apex predators that hunt exclusively in packs. One pack can contain up to 15 JP - 151 instances amongst their group, with one or two being designated as pack leaders. These leaders maintain order within the pack and are known to strategize with others so they may catch their prey efficiently.What used to be antennae have now evolved to be large cup-like ears similar to that of a bat, causing 151 specimens to develop a keen sense of hearing. It is unknown how far the extent of their auditory perception goes, but it has been recorded that they have reacted to sounds up to 3 miles away from their location. Their ears also have the ability to swivel around 180 degrees, allowing them to focus on a sound coming from a specific direction.Noises that are around or higher than 105 dB and less then 15 ft away from 151 instances cause an immediate behavioral change in those who heard it. Any 151 subjects in that vicinity will start vocalizing loudly and begin thrashing around fiercely, undergoing some form of frenzy. It is unknown why they have gained this emotional trigger in their evolution process.Their insectoid eyes are large and saucer shaped. These take in large amounts of light, which provides exceptional night vision. Their eyes have gotten so large that they cannot move around, instead facing the same direction at all times. 151 subjects are aware of this limitation, and in order to counter it they have adapted to swivel their head, much like how a common owl acts. Their necks however are much more lengthy compared to any avian species, and as such can be used to bend in any direction needed to help 151 subjects achieve better visual contact on the object of interest. Quick flashes of light disorient 151 specimens, making them dazed and sluggish temporarily.The beaks on their face are not actual beaks, seemingly only designed to mimic the appearance of one. They can replicate the movements of a normal beak, but to properly feed themselves instances of 151 will split their beaks into 4 separate mouth parts. These mouth parts act as fingers to tear, prod, and carry food into their maws to swallow it whole. Beak splitting is also used by them as a way to exert their dominance within the pack or as a warning sign to keep larger animals at bay.151 instances communicate with fellow pack members by using their fingers to tap on surfaces in rhythmic patterns. While they can vocalize they prefer to use the tapping method most of the time, only reserving vocalizations for more urgent matters like alerting members about food or potential danger. While the process of deciphering their entire language is still in its infancy, it is believed that 5 taps in quick succession means ‘’watch out’’ or ‘’stay alert’’ while 3 taps, with an almost 0.5 second pause, then 2 taps, translates to ‘’follow’’ or ‘’go’’. When JP - 151 specimens vocalize, they tend to let out loud, shrill screeches or low, methodical rumbling noises. When attacking they let out vocalizations to ensure the surrounding members know that offensive action is being taken. Some rare occurrences have also shown that these creatures can make a sound akin to that of a human hiccup, though much louder and seemingly reverberated. It is speculated that this sound is emitted when confusion or bewilderment is experienced.151 instances form strong social bonds with fellow pack members, usually helping each other with grooming by plucking dirty or dead hair and keeping one another clean as a way to reciprocate care and affection.
